Mesa West Medical was established in 1993 to serve the primary care needs of a growing population in Bakersfield and the surrounding area. The group includes a Board Certified Internist and three Nurse Practitioners. We are accepting new patients and accept most insurances including Medicare.

Our goal is to provide you with unique top-quality medical care with which you will be very satisfied. We feel that the best way to assure this is to have top-quality providers your care. Dr. William Gilli is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at UCLA teaching at Kern Medical Center.

Mesa West Medical strives to be proud of the care provided. That is why we have a laboratory facility on site which permits easy access to results of tests which are important to you as well as our providers. We also provide Pulmonary Function Testing, Cardiac Stress Testing, Nerve Conduction Testing, Ankle Brachial Index Doppler, and Metabolic Testing for our patients who require these diagnostic tests. Should you require hospitalization, your doctor will follow-up during your admission. After all, nobody knows you better than your doctor.
